Refund policy

At MELISSA ÚMBALISTA, each piece is individually developed and crafted from scratch under independent authorial production processes. Due to the artisanal and detailed nature of our garments, every design undergoes careful quality control before being shipped.

Returns

We do not offer cash refunds or reimbursements to any payment method.

If a return request is approved, the corresponding amount will only be issued as store credit/coupon to be used on future purchases within the brand.

Size Exchanges

We accept size exchanges as long as the garment:

• Is in perfect condition
• Shows no signs of wear, washing, or alterations
• Retains original tags and condition

The estimated turnaround time for a new size is approximately 10 business days, as each piece is produced again from scratch.

Shipping Costs

Return labels, shipping fees, and any costs related to exchanges or returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Style Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for different models, designs, or products other than the item originally purchased.

Warranty & Defects

Customers have a period of 14 calendar days after receiving their order to report possible manufacturing defects.

All warranty claims are subject to evaluation and approval by our team.

Since all garments are individually crafted through authorial production processes, the probability of manufacturing defects is minimal; however, every case will be carefully reviewed to ensure the quality and experience of the brand.
